wordimpression Terms and Subscription

These terms govern the wordimpression Chrome extension and its hosted vocabulary-learning service. The seller is wordimpression.

Service

wordimpression provides vocabulary annotations, saved vocabulary and review, read-aloud controls, and optional local live captions. The extension is free to install. A trial or paid subscription is required only to use the hosted learning service and its account-backed vocabulary features.

Trial and Plans

Each verified email address may start one 3-day trial. The monthly plan is CNY 29.90 for 30 days. The annual plan is CNY 300 for 365 days. Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.

Payment

Payments and refunds are handled through WeChat Pay. Payment credentials are handled by WeChat Pay and are not stored by wordimpression. Access begins after the payment provider confirms a successful payment.

Refunds

A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days after a successful payment. Once a refund request is submitted, the associated subscription is disabled immediately. If the payment provider rejects or cannot complete the refund, wordimpression will contact the customer about the outcome.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

An email address is the account identifier. Keep your password and account sessions private. Do not use the service to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, or access another person's account.
