Account and Subscription

For payment, subscription, or refund help, include your order date and plan. Full refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days after a successful payment; access ends when a refund request is submitted.

Extension Help

For extension issues, include the Chrome version, your operating system, the webpage URL where the issue occurred, and any visible error message. Do not include private page content unless it is necessary to reproduce the issue.
